John Mayes. Having discovered that I had a small talent for drawing very early in life (way back in the mists of time), the interest is still very much with me in my seventy eighth year. The great things that having a pastime like painting in the different mediums are there is always something new to learn, to improve continuously and best of all to enjoy.

Katie Snowdon. Although I have been drawing ever since I can remember, I began to take a more serious interest in art around 4 years ago. I began attending the Art Workshop on Monday evenings and feel my skills have improved. I have also become more focused with my art work and specialize in using coloured pencils and take a keen interest in wildlife art.

Leigh Shelton. My interest in art started with tattoos, first on myself and then on others. A more traditional approach to art emerged after I started taking evening classes. Approx 10 years ago I moved to my current home and my garden became my new canvas with pottery and sculptures. Why not click on the link to see my website Nosey Potter.

Ricky Cornwall. Born in Romford 1961, moved to Thetford 1963. Eldest son of four to Tony and Joan, father to Lisa and Alfie. Paints in oils, acrylics and watercolours. Self taught artist although previously taken various courses such as botanical illustration and a City and Guilds in photography, currently studying pet portraiture with London Art College.

Bob Cail. I am a self taught artist and have been interested in art since my childhood. I work mainly in acrylics and pastels. Some 30 years ago I read an article in a Victorian Magazine about Candle Smoke Art and have now adapted my own style.

Dave Sturgess. Dave has been working with clay since 1993. His oil vaporizing cottages were his wifes idea. Many of them are replicas of local traditional cottages.

Graham Blackburn. I started drawing approximately 10 years ago, progressing to Charcoal and Oils. I exhibit frequently at many East Anglian galleries.

Joe Redmond Since I was a child I have always been interested in art. My first painting was done using a brush made from broom hair and lollipop sticks.
